At Elexer, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with every purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a return and refund policy to assist you.

Overview
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns for opened electronic components, used batteries, software downloads, or personal care items.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, downloadable products, and certain hygiene-sensitive items are not eligible for return.

Proof of Purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Do not send products back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds
We may offer partial refunds for items that are returned damaged, missing parts, or received more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of your approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, first recheck your bank. Then contact your card provider—it may take a few days to post. If still unresolved, email us at 📧 support@elexer.com.my.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Items bought on sale are final and non-refundable.

Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items. Email 📧 support@elexer.com.my and return your item to:
Elexer Enterprise, Pahang, Malaysia (insert full return address here).

Gifts
If your item was a gift, you may receive store credit for returns. If the item was shipped to the gift giver, they will receive the refund.

Shipping Returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable service for high-value items.
